As I was strolling in the mall with my cousins who are visiting for the weekend, we suddenly heard Christmas songs and it felt really amazing because it is just November. But I feel that we never have to count it whether it is still November or December because that feeling reminds me of giving to people you love and people who needs love. So, out of that feeling, we decided to buy some Christmas ornaments online when we got home. There were numerous out there and they are on discount since it is still early. But I feel like we need to buy now for if December comes, it will be much of a budget twisting for me.
As my parents is hosting the New Year countdown next year, they were really busy since last month for the preparation. They asked me to be in charge of the thank you cards that will be given away after the event. I was really glad that they paid tribute to what I can contribute on that day and that they knew I have the skills and creativity to do so. All of our friends and family and even long distance relatives are coming in town that is why this is a big deal for all of us. The neighbors voted for us to be the hosts of this years New years event and we are really happy about it.
I can’t believe that my sister is getting married on a Christmas day! Who does that? I mean, every family on that day have a special something going on and you will take that away from them because you are getting married. Her bridal gowns were specifically ordered to be done fast because the season is just freaking busy. Yeah, I mean, people can just say no on this day because of different reasons and you sure should understand and it will break your heart that the people you expected to be there on the very important day of your life were MIA? It is sad and happy at the same time but if the couple wants that, it should happen like that.
I can’t wait to celebrate Christmas with my long time boyfriend overseas this December. A great christmas gifts for men would totally make that day. We haven’t seen each other for almost five years, well because we met in the chat room and became boyfriend/girlfriend in the chat room. I’ve only seen his face on the video monitor but haven’t touched his hands nor kiss him. It was the first time that I did a long distance relationship and it feels good this time around. It was also his first time and so we can’t wait to see each other. Lots of talks and mingling might happen but I do really want to get to know him better this time.
Okay, I know this may sound a little odd for some but I am doing it anyway. I am making Christmas party invitations as early as today, the ‘BER month’ as they say. Because last Christmas, my family decided to have the Christmas at home and our neighbors wasn’t able to attend to our party because there were early invitations sent by others. I am not taking a risk this year and my party will never be boring because I am as early as the bird to give out invitations. I hope they will all come and they may all enjoy it because I have saved more money this year than last year. Have a happy early holidays everyone.
I finally know what I will get my father for his birthday. A brand new horse tack would be perfect for him. He got into the horse hobby a few months ago with the influenced of his new found friend at work. I didn’t know he was capable of riding and running a horse until I saw him one weekend where he invited me to take a look at a new sport he was in. Now I know why he brought me there, to see what kind of gifts I can give him. I always have a hard time looking for a gift for him every year, and now he had helped me. Smart man..
Getting into an advertising company was all I ever wanted. I have plans from before that is finally coming true and this company is making me do things that I want to do to explore and be able to grow on my own. I have got the first assignment to join an annual trade fair to be launch in one of the biggest cities we have and I think this is my chance to prove that I am somebody.
They let me have a team of people that I will work together so that we can accomplish it on time. We only have two weeks and I think I am not going to sleep in those two weeks. The pop displays are very attractive and very effective as well for the customers when they visit your booth and so to be able to accomplish this, we need to find the right distributor of cardboard pop displays and I knew just who to call.
I have always these mixed feelings when I feel that the holidays are coming real soon. I start to feel this during Halloween and then Thanksgiving. Mixed feelings like happy, excited but at the same time worried because I have kids now. They are not use to cold weather and they are still warming up about it. They easily catch colds and sometimes, flu. I am worried that it might worsen and I don’t know what to do anymore.
So my mom ask me to have some humidifier filters at home to prevent these worries of mine. I have been using it ever since I was told to do so and kept in mind that I also need to replace it once in a while to make them feel more comfortable and be sick free. So, now, I feel warm and cozy on holidays but there is still that thought once in a while but I never entertain them anymore.
